Teen/Youth Therapy

Youth need a safe space where they can speak openly and truthfully without fear of judgment.

In therapy, we can explore ways to get unstuck, release anxiety, cope with big feelings, and regulate emotions. Teens feel confident and empowered to live life to the fullest.

Adult Individual Therapy

Explore your experiences and responses in a safe and non-judgmental space. My approach is individualized, client-centered, and collaborative.

Here, you will feel supported to make meaningful changes towards the person you want to be to show up and engage authentically with who and what is most important.

Together, we will work to understand the root of your concerns and develop sustainable strategies for positive change.

Family Therapy/Parent Support

Families are empowered to support each other by discovering new ways of communicating, practicing how to make effective requests to change disruptive behaviours, and learning how to deeply validate each other’s emotions and experiences.

I approach therapy with a systemic lens that recognizes the family dynamics that play an essential role in the mental and emotional well-being of each family member.

Additionally, I provide specialized family-based treatment (FBT) for families of youth who are experiencing eating disorders.
