Therapy with Hanna

Counselling Approach

1

Identify concerns & goals

In this safe space, you can share your story, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and the goals you have for your wellness.

Your first session may consist of an intake questionnaire or other screening tools to gather a comprehensive history.

2

Unique support plan

A personalized treatment plan will be collaboratively developed and recommendations for support are shared.

Your counsellor will collaborate and consult with medical/mental health professionals on your care team as needed.

3

Engaging in therapy

We’ll work together to help you connect to your authentic self, align with your values, and meet your goals to live a fulfilling life.

Counselling sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed.
