  • Family Based Treatment (FBT) for Adolescents

    Leading evidence-based treatment for teens experiencing an eating disorder.
    Empowering parents/caregivers to help their children heal from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and OSFED. Caregivers are supported to provide meal support, symptom interruption, and emotional support.
    1st phase: refeeding and symptom interruption
    2nd phase: the gradual return of independence with food/exercise
    Strongly rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating, and anti-diet philosophies.

  • Adult Treatment Approach

    Explore and improve your relationship with food, exercise, and your body. Clients are supported to address body image concerns and develop greater body acceptance. They are also shown a path to food freedom through intuitive eating.

    Drawing on evidence-based treatment modalities to fully heal from eating disorders/disordered eating in adults, including Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, Bulimia, and Anorexia Nervosa.
